Maximizing our productivity requires some help from you.
First, please send pictures of whatever you want us to do. We may be able to help you create a more complete list of materials you can pick up.
Our trucks are loaded with tools, fasteners, and other materials, but often, handyman projects require multiple trips. Whatever you can have at the site when we arrive, the more productive yourhandyman can be.
If you are not able to make a trip to the store ahead of time, don’t sweat it.

Handyman For A Day Rates
One Handyman for an eight-hour day includes a carpenter with at least five years of experience. The handyman will arrive with many different tools and fasteners. However, if further materials are required, trips to the store will be included in the eight-hour day.
To maximize productivity, please send us pictures of the work at least 48 hours before arrival. We would be happy to discuss the materials you might need and confirm who will be picking them up.
You are not being billed by the hour. You are being billed by either the half-day or full-day. Hours include setting up, getting materials, providing service, clean-up, and possibly trash removal. A half a day is any of the above-mentioned tasks that take under 4.5 hours. Anything above 4.5 hours will be rounded up to a full day billed at $700. plus materials.

Only $750 per day per person for a full 8 hrs. or $500. per 1/2 day.
